Subject: Bentgrass Dead Spot, Leaf Spot, Dollar Spot

GRAY LEAF SPOT has still NOT been diagnosed in New England. BENTGRASS DEAD SPOT reports are increasing in newer bentgrass plantings. Many severe cases of LEAF SPOT on golf courses and in lawns and grounds. DOLLAR SPOT is also active. When so much moisture is present, fungi will be active regardless of nitrogen levels and other factors that generally help in diagnosis. The present cool nights will eliminate any BROWN PATCH activity.
