Subject: Cleary Announces Changes to 3336™ Label

Cleary Chemical Corporation has made the following changes on all formulations of 3336™ (Cavalier™).

1. Thiophanate-methyl can no longer be applied to turf by a homeowner unless it is a granular formulation.  PCO's can still make applications of all formulations of thiophanate-methyl to residential sites.

2. Use of this product on sod is no longer permitted.

3. All 8 oz use rates have been eliminated for all diseases because this rate exceeds the new maximum rate active ingredient (ai) per application.

4. 14 days is now the minimum retreatment interval for turf.  All 7 day retreatment intervals have been omitted.
